FlashWave sells both:

  • FlashWave-branded products (e.g. sunglasses, bags, phone cases)

  • Made-to-order (print-on-demand) products fulfilled by third-party partners

We aim to display all products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.

  • Payment is securely processed through trusted third-party gateways such as Apple Pay, Stripe, and others.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • FlashWave-branded bags & sunglasses:
    Processing time: 1–3 business days
    Delivery time: 8–13 business days

  • Phone cases (print-on-demand):
    Processing time: 1–3 business days
    Delivery time: 3–5 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

EU customers have the right to cancel or return most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Exceptions: Custom-made or print-on-demand products (e.g. personalized phone cases) are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. If an issue arises, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Lithuania.
