Damaged or Defective Items

If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

EU Customers: This 7-day window is a guideline for faster resolution. Your statutory rights under EU law - including longer periods to report defective goods - remain fully valid and are not affected by this policy.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design), please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item received. We will arrange to send you the correct product at no extra cost.

Sizing Issues

Please refer to the size charts on our product pages before placing your order. Since our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for sizing issues unless the sizing error was caused by us.

2. Sunglasses

Our sunglasses are stocked and shipped as standard inventory (not made-to-order). Because of this, they are subject to different return policies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at flashwaveteam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a full refund or replacement, and cover any necessary return shipping costs. -
EU Customers – 14-Day Return Right

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to return sunglasses within 14 days of delivery, even if they are not defective.

The sunglasses must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
