All orders are processed with care by our trusted fulfillment partner.

  • Bags & Sunglasses: Processing time is typically 1–3 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

  • Phone Cases: Processing time is also 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped immediately.

2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product type:

  • Bags & Sunglasses:
    Standard delivery time is 8–13 business days after processing.

  • Phone Cases:
    Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days after processing.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, or customs procedures.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected method.

Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries within Europe and select international destinations.

  • For countries outside the European Union, customs charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to follow your package directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to third-party carriers, customs, public holidays, weather, or local disruptions.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Contact your local postal service first to check the delivery status.
